It is a three hour unstructured session facilitated by an experienced Leadership Facilitator.

 

Questions will be taken from the floor and he will help your people leaders get practical and immediate answers to their leadership questions.

 

Just come prepared with an open mind and some questions to explore. As the session progresses other questions will come to the fore.
